Athena’s Resilience Journey

Jan 8, 2019 | Posted by Mind Resilience Organization | Uncategorized |

This month, we had the pleasure of profiling Athena’s resilience journey. The video features her encouraging story of resilience, centered around Athena, a mother of three on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, who embodies strength and perserverance. Athena discusses her personal story, resilience tactics for dealing with hardships, and life philosophies in our newest Mind Resilience video.

Please take a moment to watch the FULL video and visit the new Resilience Journeys page for Athena’s tips. After you view the video, we encourage you to reflect on some of the questions below and share your thoughts in the comment section below.

Questions

1. What qualities of resilience did you see in Athena’s story?

2. Has Athena’s story changed your view of resilience? How?
