December is Spiritual Literacy Month and an opportunity to learn more about the impact of spirituality in the lives of the people we serve and in each other’s lives.

Please locate the “Mind Resilience: Optimism” video and learn about the connection between Spirituality and Mind Resilience at 2 minutes 49 seconds. Read this perspective: https://www.army.mil/article/234166/spiritual_well_being_grows_employee_resiliency_even_in_difficult_times

Questions:

  1. What is your purpose in life?
  2. In what ways does spirituality impact in your well-being?
  3. How can you play a role in the lives of others to increase one’s hope and optimism?
