Let us be intentional and celebrate things that make us happy. Happiness is contagious and sharing your happiness can bring a smile to someone’s face. Here we will explore Joy through movement. 

Did you know that happiness doesn’t just happen. It is a skill you can build! Stay tuned for more resources on building your happiness skills!Read this short article Have 8 Minutes? Try “The Joy Workout!” – Upper Valley Haven and watch and/or join along with the 8 minute Joy Workout video. The author explores 6 moves to improve your mood. She invites the reader to explore the joy of movement. Other science based ways to improve one’s mood are also provided. We look forward to hearing from you as we celebrate Happiness Happens Month by sharing your happiness experiences with others.
