We advocate for a foundation from which positive mental and behavioral health can be defined, valued and achieved for individuals, families, organizations, and communities. It is with hope and optimism that the principles of Mind Resilience can continue to enhance life satisfaction through a resilient mindset that promotes the best in self and others.
One mini-thrill and one thing that made me feel excited and anxious was a co-presentation at a symposium this week in St. Mary’s County on (P)ACES, Trauma, and Resilience. The anticipation of presenting with a colleague and team that I enjoy working with was something I very much looked forward to and brought me much joy. It also made presenting less scary as I knew I would be in a supportive environment with other professional women providing a training on an impactful topic. I was able to be more in the moment and enjoy the experience. Also, one the thing I do to produce a mini thrill when presenting is purchasing a new outfit because when I look great it makes me feel more comfortable and confident. It is one of my favorite intentional and affirming actions!
Somebody essentially help to make seriously posts I would state. This is the very first time I frequented your website page and thus far? I amazed with the research you made to create this particular publish amazing. Wonderful job!
I have been browsing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.
